Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: PRUHS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, LLC

PROJECT NAME: LAS 32792

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: The proposed project is located within the designated material site, ADL 419270, at MP 245 on the Parks Highway.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The referenced designated material site is located on state land within NE1/4 NW1/4, E1/2 NE1/4 of Section 6, Township 13 South, Range 7 West, Fairbanks Meridian.

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Pruhs Construction requests use of the area in the MP 245 material site to operate a temporary work camp while working on the Denali Park Road MP 0.0 to 3.4 Project for FHWA. A project office and crew RV’s will be setup to use while working the project.

Start: May 3, 2019
End: October 31, 2019

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Northern Regional Land Office, 3700 Airport Way, Fairbanks, AK 99709 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
