ITB: 0414015 / CFHWY00148 Pioneer Avenue Pavement Preservation

INVITATION TO BID


Sealed bids for Pioneer Avenue Pavement Preservation, Project Number 0414015 / CFHWY00148, will be received before 2:00 p.m., April 26, 2019 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will resurface Pioneer Avenue from the Sterling Highway to the intersection of Lake Street and East End Road. Work includes drainage, pedestrian improvements, paving, signing and striping.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project completion date will be November 1, 2020.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. From the DOT&PF website: http://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-bids.cfm?rc=CR your company must self-register by clicking on the Plan Holders link, or register with the Central Region Plans Room, or your bid may not be accepted.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
