Amendment #1.

The purpose of this Amendment #1 is to:
Change the Instructions to Bidders Item 3. Submitting Bids to allow for electronic submission of bids; and

Answer questions received.

The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Statewide Contracting & Procurement, is soliciting bids to result in a to result in a one-time purchase of Aggregate E Chips for Kodiak, Alaska for the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Maintenance and Operations (M&O).

Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by lot.  There is One (1) Lot. In order to be considered responsive for a lot, bidders must bid on all items within that lot.  LOT #1 is for aggregate E- Chip.

The Bid Opening is scheduled for 2:00 PM (Alaska Time) April 26, 2019, at DOT/PF Headquarters, 3132 Channel Drive, Room 350 in Juneau, Alaska.

Copies of bid documents may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
