NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV-3-310

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305 shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by the City of Chuathbaluk to replat Tract 6A, Chuathbaluk Downtown Subdivision (Plat 2006-1) and Lot 1B, Chuathbaluk 2014 Addition (Plat 2016-4). This replat, located in Section 10, Township 17 North, Range 55 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska, will facilitate the proposed Muaruaq Addition One creating Lots 1 & 2 and Tract 6D (refer to the attached plats/maps).

The public hearing is scheduled to be held at 11:00am on May 29, 2019 in the Division of Mining, Land and Water, Survey Section conference room in Suite 650 of the Atwood Building, 550 W. 7th Ave., Anchorage, Alaska.

Persons attending or not attending the public hearing may submit their comments in writing. Correspondence must be addressed to George Horton, DML&W, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 650, Anchorage, AK 99501, and received by 5:00pm, May 27, 2019 to ensure consideration.
