NOTICE OF PRIVATE NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT 
ADL 108872

In accordance with AS 38.05.850, the Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) has received an application for a private non-exclusive easement to Mark and Dawn Young for up to a 25-year term. The easement authorizes the use of approximately 0.183 acres of State land for the siting of 1500 feet of hose along the uplands in Warm Springs Bay within Section 24, Township 55 South, Range 66 East, Copper River Meridian. 

Public notice of this will be posted on the Alaska Public Notice System website for 30 calendar days. Juneau post offices will also be requested to post the notice of this application.
The public is invited to comment on the proposed activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at 400 Willoughby Avenue/PO Box 111020, Juneau, AK 99811-1020 on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an easement with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
