Proposed Related Action:

50-foot Public Access Easement under AS 38.05

Comment Period Ends 3:30PM, Tuesday, March 19, 2019

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining Land and Water (DNR DMLW), is conducting a public notice for a proposed access easement and agricultural land sale located on the east side of the Parks Highway 13 miles southeast of Talkeetna Alaska. A land description for the subject parcel is as follows: S1/2SE1/4 of Section 27, T. 24 N., R. 4 W., Seward Meridian currently leased by the applicant.

Pursuant to AS 38.05.945 Notice, the public is invited to submit comments on the proposed 50-foot public access easement (ADL 233377) and the Preliminary Decision (ADL 22654), for which notice is being conducted concurrently.  If commenting on more than one of the proposed actions, please submit comments separately. The deadline for public comment is 3:30PM, TUESDAY, MARCH 19, 2019.  Only persons from whom DNR DMLW receives timely, written comment during the identified comment period will be eligible to file an appeal of the Final Finding and Decision.  Written comments may be received by fax, email or postal mail.  To submit comments or for direct inquiries, contact John Easton, fax: (907) 269-8916, john.easton@alaska.gov.
