INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Seward Highway Structures Removal, Project Number 0A31049 / Z536260000A, will be received until 2:00 p.m., February 27, 2019 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This federally funded contract includes the removal and disposal or salvage of buildings, foundations, fences, structures, old pavements, abandoned utilities and any other obstructions and improvements on the following properties, located on Dowling Road, East and West of the New Seward Highway in Anchorage, Alaska:
1301 E. Dowling Road; 1537 E. Dowling Road; and 5937 Rowan Street
The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be July 31, 2019.
