REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sealed proposals for Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport Job Order Construction Contract (RFP 2018), Project Number CSAPT00061, will be received before 4:00 p.m., January 17, 2019 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract is for performing maintenance, repair, and minor construction work related to state buildings at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.  Contractor is responsible for both design and construction work.

The anticipated period of performance is one year with up to four (4) one-year option periods.  The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for the initial period of performance.

Proposal documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
