INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Parks Highway MP 48.8 – 52.3 Structures Removal, 2018, Project Number 0A4-1(26) / Z543730000A, will be received before 2:00 p.m., November 28, 2018 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract includes the removal and disposal or salvage of all buildings, foundations, fences, structures, old pavements, abandoned utilities and any other obstructions and improvements on the following properties, located in Wasilla, Alaska:

7860 W. Swan Drive; 8490 W. Parks Highway; 8980 W. Waldal Drive; 9871 W. Margin Way; and 332 N. Meadow Lakes Loop

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The substantial completion date will be March 15, 2019.

There is a non-mandatory pre-bid site visit scheduled for November 15, 2018, at 2:00 pm.  Meet at 9871 W. Margin Way, Wasilla Alaska.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
