Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: CONOCOPHILLIPS ALASKA, INC.

PROJECT NAME: LAS 23296

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: All state land within the Umiat Meridian between the Colville and Canning Rivers

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Storage of materials at individually approved locations throughout the North Slope. Storage activities will be approved on a case-by-case basis.

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: September 30, 2018
End: October 29, 2023

DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: October 31, 2018

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Northern Regional Land Office, 3700 Airport Way, Fairbanks, AK 99709 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
