Bristol Bay Borough’s Application for Material Sale ADL 232409
Pursuant to AS 38.05.945

Subject to Alaska Statutes 38.05.550-555, the Southcentral Regional Office has made a Preliminary Decision to designate a 2-acre Material Site, ADL 231021, and offer a 5-year, 2,500 cubic yard/year Material Sale Contract, ADL 232409, to the Bristol Bay Borough. The proposed material site and material sale are located on the beach of the Naknek River near South Naknek, and within Section 17, Township 17 South, Range 47 West, Seward Meridian.
The public is invited to review and comment on the Preliminary Decision. A copy of the Preliminary Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx or is available in hardcopy upon request. Directions on how to comment are on page 8 of the Preliminary Decision. Comments must be received in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on November 5, 2018 at the mailing address listed above, or by e-mail to linda.mueller@alaska.gov, or by fax to (907) 269-8913. To be eligible to appeal the Final Decision on this matter, under AS 38.05.035(i)-(m), a person must have submitted written comments during this comment period.
