USDA Rural Development requires that all applicants applying for loan or grant assistance from the agency must publish or post a Notice of Intent to File an Application within 60 days of filing their application. The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation is applying for a grant under the Rural Development Water and Waste Disposal Systems for Rural Communities program.
