Public Notice: Indefinite Section Line Easement Closure, ADL 232821
The DNR Division of Mining, Land and Water, Southcentral Regional Office regional manager has made a preliminary decision to indefinitely close a section line easement that crosses the State’s Spring Creek Correctional Facility. The public is invited to review and comment on this decision. A copy of the decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx. All comments must be received in writing at the above listed mailing address or e-mail on or before 5:00 PM on September 10, 2018. To be eligible to appeal DNR’s final decision, under AS 38.05.035(i)-(m), a person must have submitted written comments during this comment period.
