INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for McLaughlin Youth Center – Roof Replacements and Repairs, Program Number 2501000048, will be received before 2:00 p.m., July 18, 2018 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This State funded project at the McLaughlin Youth Center (MYC) consists of replacing and/or repairing roof building infrastructure for Cottages 1 – 4 as shown on the plans. Additive Alternate 1 includes replacing the roof on the Gymnasium. Additive Alternate 2 includes replacing the roof on the Gymnasium Mechanical Mezzanine Room.
A project site visit is scheduled at the McLaughlin Youth Center for Wednesday July 11, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Park in Lot D (see map on the DOT&PF advertising web site) and meet at the entrance near the Supply and Maintenance Building to be escorted through the work site. The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 (Basic Bid Only). The Project Substantial Completion date will be October 1, 2018.
