Subject to AS 38.05.850., the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:
APPLICANT: Darrell Dix
PROJECT NAME: ADL 233136
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: North Fork Road, Kenai Peninsula, near Anchor Point.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: approximately 500 feet in length, 60 feet in width, and occupying approximately .70 acres of state uplands, located with the SW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 4 South, Range 14 West, Seward Meridian.
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Request for public easement for a driveway. The driveway would be used to access private property, and is located off of North Fork Road near Anchor Point.
REQUESTED TERM: If authorized, the easement will be issued for a perpetual term.

The public is invited to comment on this activity.The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at Southcentral Regional Land Office, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above.
