Sealed bids for Kodiak Courthouse Tenant Improvements, 2018, Project Number 2502000226 will be received before 2:00 p.m., May 30, 2018 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska. *****A NOTICE OF CANCELLATION HAS BEEN ISSUED 05/29/2018*****

This state funded project is a limited tenant improvement of a 1,225 sf area, comprised of two suites, located on the first floor of a two story building. The Work reconfigures existing offices and open work spaces. Components of the Work include interior partitions, finish flooring, doors, casework, lighting, and power and data terminations.

The Engineer's Estimate is less than $200,000. The project Substantial Completion date will be 160 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Final completion will be 30 calendar days from Substantial Completion.

A project site visit is scheduled at the Kodiak Courthouse for Tuesday May 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.  Meet out in front of the Courthouse at 204 Mission Road, Kodiak Alaska to be escorted through the work area. Contact Project Manager John Turley at john.turley@alaska.gov by 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 if you will attend the site visit.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
