Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: Coke Wallace

PROJECT NAME: LAS 32040- Land Use Permit and ADL 420893- Trespass. 

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Site is located between the Yanert Fork and Edgar Creek at the base of the Yanert Glacier (see attached map and photo).

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: 
Township 15 South, Range 2 West, Section 30, Fairbanks Meridian.

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water, Northern Region Office, has received a land use permit (LUP) from Mr. Wallace.  The LUP will be in support of commercial guiding activities.  This structure is currently in trespass under ADL 420893.  To remedy this trespass, Mr. Wallace paid back fees and applied for the LUP.  

PROPOSED DATES OF USE: 
Land Use Permit: 5-yr term, 2018-2023

DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: Tuesday, May 8, 2018 by 5PM

The public is invited to comment on the proposed activity. After review and adjudication, we may issue a permit with stipulations for each activity.  The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
