NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGE TO WATER RIGHT LAS 13834
Pursuant to AS 46.15 and rules and regulations (11 AAC 93) promulgated thereunder, notice is hereby given that Victoria Estates Homeowner’s Association, 6663 W. Kinsington Ave., Wasilla, Alaska 99623 has applied to add to its Certificate of Appropriation LAS 13834 an additional well (Well #1, 254 feet in depth) located within Tract A, Phase I and II, Victoria Estates Subdivision, SE1/4NW1/4 Section 34, T17N, R2W, SM, Alaska. Priority date of LAS 13834 is July 29, 1992. This request to add Well #1 will be adjudicated under 11 AAC 93.930. The LAS 13834 water right quantity of appropriated water and the water use area of appurtenance description would not change if this request to add Well #1 is granted.
