Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: Mike Overcast DBA Triumvirate LLC

PROJECT NAME: LAS 32180

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: The requested activity is located on the southeasterly shore of Judd Lake approximately 100 feet west of the mouth of the Talachulitna Creek.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 13, Township 17 North, Range 13 West, Seward Meridian

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Applicant is requesting the use of state shorelands for the seasonal and commercial use of a 10-foot long by 6-foot wide S-shaped dock on Judd Lake. The dock is connected to the applicant's direct uplands by a 10-foot long by 6-foot wide gangway.

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: June 1, 2018
End: May 31, 2023

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity.  To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity.  The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
