Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:
APPLICANT: John Jordan
PROJECT NAME: LAS 32196
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: The proposed activity is approximately 5 miles east of Wasilla center, the applicants property is located northeast of Cottonwood Lake.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SE 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 32, Township 18 North, Range 1 East, Seward Meridian
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Applicant is requesting the issuance of a land use permit for the purpose of dredging state owned shorelands. The proposed activity is adjacent to the applicant’s privately owned uplands and the activity includes using a small suction dredge to remove approximately 150 cubic yards of material to be placed on the applicant's uplands.

Start: April 1, 2018
End: March 31, 2019

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
