Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: Steve Reimers DBA Iliamna Development Corporation (IDC)

PROJECT NAME: LAS 31731

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:
Proposed locations are located in Southcentral Alaska in Iliamna Lake. The applicant is requesting a barge landing located in north east Iliamna Lake approximately 3.5 miles east of the Iliamna Airport. The proposed mooring buoy is south of Northeast Bay and west of Whistlewing Bay and approximately 1000ft north of Jackrabbit Island.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Section 9, Township 005 South, Range 032 West, Seward Meridian
Section 12, Township 005 South, Range 033 West, Seward Meridian

REQUESTED ACTIVITY:
Applicant is requesting the seasonal use of state shorelands for a temporary barge landing with temporary mats for loading and unloading the IDC barge and a mooring buoy for seasonal use from May to October in Iliamna Lake.

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: May 1, 2018
End: October 31, 2022

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity.  To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity.  The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
