Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: Mark A Spencer

PROJECT NAME: LAS 32170

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located on the southeast side of the bridge that spans the Copper River near Chitina.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 13 of Township 004 South, Range 005 East, Copper River Meridian.

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Storage of one boat trailer, one enclosed trailer, and up to three boats.

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: May 1, 2018
End: August 31, 2022

DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: March 7, 2018

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity.  To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above.
