FURIE KITCHEN LIGHTS UNIT ONSHORE PRODUCTION FACILITY
The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue Owner Requested Limit (ORL) authorization AQ1374ORL02 for the Furie Kitchen Lights Unit Onshore Production Facility under Alaska Statute 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50.

Activity: Treatment, refinement, and compression of natural gas.
Emissions: The potential to emit will not exceed 40 tons per year (tpy) of NOx and 100 tpy CO. These limits keep other regulated air pollutants below the minor permitting thresholds listed in 18 AAC 50.502(c)(1).
Preliminary Review: ADEC is making a preliminary decision to approve the ORL.

Opportunity for Public Participation: Notice is also given that any interested person may present written statements relevant to the draft documents by the close of the public comment period. Written comments will be included in the record if received by close of the comment period. ADEC will consider all comments received and make any changes it finds beneficial or necessary to assure compliance with 18 AAC 50 or State Law. Any person may request a public hearing and that hearing will be held if ADEC finds that good cause exists. ADEC will issue a final decision to issue or deny the ORL authorization after the close of the public comment period. ADEC complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
