NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV-3-293

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305 shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Robert Murray to replat (eliminate) the boundary (claim line) common to No. 2 Below Discovery and No. 3 Below Discovery of U.S. Mineral Survey No. 1289. This replat, located near Nome, Alaska in Sections 15 & 22, Township 11 South, Range 33 West, Kateel River Meridian, Alaska will facilitate the proposed 1289 Subdivision Phase 1 (refer to the attached plats/maps).

The public hearing is scheduled to be held at 11:00am on March 27, 2018 in the DML&W, Survey Section conference room in Suite 650 of the Atwood Building, 550 W. 7th Ave., Anchorage, Alaska.

Persons attending or not attending the public hearing may submit their comments in writing. Correspondence must be addressed to George Horton, DML&W, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 650, Anchorage, AK 99501, and received by 5:00pm, March 23, 2018 to ensure consideration.
