NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO WATER RIGHT LAS 12636
Pursuant to AS 46.15 and rules and regulations (11 AAC 93) promulgated thereunder, notice is hereby given that an application has been received from Alaska Hotel Properties, LLC PO Box 110, Denali Park, AK 99755, to appropriate/change water use as follows: 32,670 gallons of water per day, January 1st through December 31st, from two drilled wells, Drilled Well #1, 185 feet in depth, and Drilled Well #2, 292 feet in depth, located within the SW1/4SW1/4 protracted Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 3 West, Seward Meridian. Priority date is December 20, 1989. Proposed appropriation changes will be adjudicated under 11 AAC 93.930.
The water right area of appurtenance is that portion of Tract A, resubdivision of U.S. Survey No 1363, Nos. 2 and 3, according to Plat No. 89-23 filed in the Seward Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska. Said parcel located within the SW1/4SW1/4 protracted Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 3 West, Seward Meridian.

The Water Resources Section must receive comments in writing by 5:00 p.m., November 24, 2017 at the above address to be considered. If issued, a permit may be extended for good cause shown, pursuant to AS 46.15.110 and 11 AAC 93.120(f), without additional public notice.
