                                                 NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATION

                                                                     LAS 28592

Pursuant to AS 46.15 and rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, notice is hereby given that an application has been received from Scott and Connie Plagerman, PO Box 153 Delta Junction, Alaska 99737, to appropriate water as follows: 155 acre-feet of water per year, May 1^st through September 30^th, from a drilled well 60 feet deep for field crop irrigation and 600 gallons of water per day, January 1^st through December 31^st, from a drilled well approximately 80 feet deep for commercial livestock. The livestock well is located within SW1/4SE1/4 Section 18 and the irrigation well is located within SE1/4NW1/4 Section 19, Township 11 South, Range 14 East, Fairbanks Meridian.  Priority date is June 22, 2012.

This water right is appurtenant to Tract P-3, Alaska State Land Survey 89-191 located within Section 24, Township 11 South, Range 13 East and Sections 18, 19, and 30, Township 11 South, Range 14 East Fairbanks Meridian, State of Alaska.

The public is invited to comment on these actions. For further information on the subject, please contact Andrew Harrington at the above address or telephone number. The Water Resources Section must receive comments in writing by 5:00 p.m., December 1, 2017 at the above address to be considered. If issued, a permit may be extended for good cause shown, pursuant to AS 46.15.110 and 11 AAC 93.120(f), without additional public notice.
