NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV-3-290

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305 shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Nancy & Gary Heidelberg and Hanna Bengtson to eliminate the common boundary between Lots 1 & 2 Phaquawie Land Subdivision No. 1 (Plat 97-03 Chitina Recording District).

This replat, located near Glennallen, Alaska within Section 29, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, Copper River Meridian, Alaska, will eliminate a building encroachment issue and will facilitate the proposed Tri-Lot Subdivision.

The public hearing is scheduled to be held at 11:00am on December 14, 2017 in the DML&W, Survey Section conference room in Suite 650 of the Atwood Building, 550 W. 7th Ave., Anchorage, Alaska.

Persons attending or not attending the public hearing may submit their comments in writing. Correspondence must be addressed to George Horton, DML&W, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 650, Anchorage, AK 99501, and received by 5:00pm, December 12, 2017 to ensure consideration.
