Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. NSHWY00049, Valdez Airport Apron Drainage and Grading, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, August 8, 2017, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of removing pavement and underlying base course from the section of airport apron approximately sized 315’ x 60’; installing an inlet box and section of concrete-encased storm drain pipe to add on to the existing storm drain system; backfilling and regrading to build a drainage swale and repaving..

Engineer's Estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000.

The project completion date is October 31, 2017.
