Public and Agency Notice: Preliminary Decision

Pursuant to AS 38.05.083

Subject to AS 38.05.083 the Southcentral Region Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision (PD) to offer a 10-year aquatic farmsite lease to Alaska Ground Swell for approximately 10 acres of tidelands located on Raspberry Island within Onion Bay, in the Kodiak Archipelago, Alaska. The proposed site is approximately 21.4 nautical miles from the community of Port Lions, Alaska. The legal description for the proposed lease site is Section 29, Township 24 South, Range 24 West, Seward Meridian.
