Subject to AS 38.05.810(b-d) the Southcentral Region Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision to amend a 30-year lease renewal decision to the Cook Inlet Aquaculture Association from 3.5 acres to 8.5 acres +/- for the continued use of an existing hatchery site. The site is located on the north side of the Old Glenn Highway near the Eklutna Power Plant. The site is located within the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 18, Township 16 North, Range 2 East, Seward Meridian.
The public and agencies are invited to review and comment on this decision. A copy of the decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx or is available in hardcopy upon request.
