INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Kalifornsky Beach Road, MP 16 to 22.2 Resurfacing & Signalization, Project Number 0463(020) / Z597780000, will be received until 2:00 p.m., July 12, 2017 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This federally funded project will resurface Kalifornsky Beach Road from Bridge Access to the Sterling Highway and install two new traffic signals at the intersection of Kalifornsky Beach Road with Ciechanski Road and Gas Well Road. The project will also update the existing traffic signals at Bridge Access Road and Poppy Lane, replace Automatic Traffic Recorders, signs, guardrails and striping, and upgrade pedestrian facilities.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be September 30, 2018. The DBE goal for this project is 0%.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
