The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Division of Design and Engineering Services, is soliciting proposals for the development of training courses and associated materials needed to provide training on the Environmental Procedures Manual written for the NEPA Assignment Program.

Proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM (Alaska Time) July 7, 2017 at DOT/PF Headquarters, 3132 Channel Drive (PO Box 112500), Room 350 in Juneau, Alaska 99811-2500.

Copies of the proposal may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the proposal, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
