Sealed Proposals for ANC Public Safety Radio Tower Design-Build, Program Number CSAPT00302, will be received until 4:00 p.m., January 8, 2018 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded contract requires the Contractor to provide the necessary design and construction services to construct a new radio repeater tower to service Anchorage International Airport (ANC) communications and Anchorage Wide Area Radio Network (AWARN) and State of Alaska Land Mobile Radio (ALMR) public safety bands. Work includes civil site work, tower foundation and 100’ tower, procurement and installation of radio and microwave equipment, equipment shelter, backup power equipment, heating and cooling systems, fire protection and suppression systems and electrical service from a nearby substation.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project shall be substantially complete within 120 Calendar days after Notice To Proceed (NTP).

From that website, your company must self-register by clicking on the Plan Holders link, or register with the Central Region Plans Room by faxing your request to (907) 269-0425 or calling (907) 269-0408 or your proposal may not be accepted. Your fax must include your company name, contact name, mailing address, phone and fax number, and whether your company is registering as a General Contractor, Subcontractor or Supplier. You may not change or alter the downloaded proposal forms in any way. Electronic proposals will not be accepted.
RFP documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
