INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for M&O Sand Storage Facilities – Anchorage Sewer Line, Project/Contract Number Z528590000 , will be received until 2:00 p.m., July 7, 2017 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This state funded project will provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and construction services to install new pressure sewer service for the DOT M&O Sand Storage Facilities – Anchorage station as noted in the contract documents; located at Tudor and Boniface Rd. Anchorage, AK.
The Engineer's Estimate is under $200,000. The Project substantial completion date will be October 10, 2017.
There is a non-mandatory pre-bid site visit scheduled for Thursday June 15, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. Meet at the Anchorage Sand Storage Facility, 5840 E. Tudor Road.

Your fax must include your company name, contact name, mailing address, phone and fax number, and whether your company is registering as a General Contractor, Subcontractor or Supplier. You may not change or alter the downloaded bidding forms in any way. Electronic bids will not be accepted.
Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
