CONTRACT INTENT: This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is intended to result in one-time purchase of Federal funded           E-1 Aggregate for the Big Lake & Goose Bay Airports located in the Matsu District, Central Region Alaska for the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities.

The Bid Opening Date is MAY 2, 2017 @ 2PM
