Public & Charitable Lease ADL 217591
Pursuant to AS 38.05.945

Subject to AS 38.05.810(a) the Southcentral Region Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision to amend an existing 25-year lease issued to the Alaska Department of Fish & Game for a 11 acre +/- fish hatchery located on Trail Lake north of Moose Pass. The proposed amendment site is located within Sections 22 & 27, Township 5 North, Range 1 West, Seward Meridian.
The public is invited to review and comment on this Decision. A copy of the Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx or is available in hardcopy upon request. All comments must be received in writing at the above listed mailing address or e-mail on or before 5:00 PM on May 21, 2017. To be eligible to appeal DNR’s Final Decision, under AS 38.05.035(i)-(m), a person must have submitted written comments during this comment period.
