IRFP - Integrated Social Marketing Campaign - Amendment #1

AMENDMENT #1 - See page 11 of the attached document, Proposals must include the following:, for the two amended page references.

The Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, Office of Boating Safety, is soliciting proposals to plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of an integrated social marketing campaign - Pledge to Live - with the intent of increasing voluntary life jacket wear while boating, particularly among adult males.
Estimated period of performance is May 1 through September 30, 2017.

The budget of this procurement is not to exceed (NTE) $80,000 including both contractor and media purchase expenditures.

All proposals must include a draft concept management plan (see Phase 1) on page 9.
