AMENDMENT 1 - includes the pre-proposal conference transcript, and responses to inquiries received form the proposer

The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is soliciting proposals on behalf of its Division of Water for the observation and documentation of the opacity of air emissions generated by cruise ships and ferries operating in the State of Alaska during the cruise ship seasons 2017 through 2020.

All inquiries and questions are due no later than 4:00pm Alaska Standard Time, Monday, March 20, 2017. Deadline for Receipt of Proposals is no later than 4:00pm Alaska Standard Time, Monday, April 3, 2017.  Information on submitting proposals can be found in the attached RFP.  Late proposals will be rejected
