Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 0002(383)/NFHWY00146 Fairbanks Area Signal Upgrades - Stage I, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, March 21, 2017, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of Perform signal modifications at multiple locations throughout the Fairbanks area. These modifications will include but are not limited to; installing a signal head per lane, installing flashing yellow arrows, and replacing all the supplemental signal heads.

Engineer's Estimate is greater than $5,000,000.

The project completion date is September 1, 2019.
