Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development – Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing
On October 28, 2014, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 77 of the Alaska Administrative Code, implementing new AS 08.15 and related amendments enacted under Ch. 41, SLA 2014 (HB 361), the regulations establish requirements, procedures, and related occupational licensing fees for behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts licensed by the Department.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on November 26, 2014, and will go into effect on December 26, 2014. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 212, January 2015 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
