INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Glenn Highway MP 42-56 Pavement Preservation and Glenn Highway MP 56-61 Pavement Preservation, Project Numbers 0A15(030)/56663 and 0A15(031)/56683, will be received until 2:00 p.m., December 19, 2014 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract will resurface the Glenn Highway from Mile Post 42 to Mile Post 61. The contract will mill or pre-level and then resurface the travel lanes. The project will also include, as necessary, improvements to pedestrian curb ramps, guardrail end treatments, dig-outs, drainage repair, and sign and striping replacement.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.  The Project completion date will be October 31, 2015.  The DBE goal for this project is 1.5%.
