The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, is proposing a reconfiguration of vacant lease lots for general aviation use development and a revision to published lease terms for one of these lots on the East Ramp. With limited exceptions, Title 17 requires all lease lots to be developed in full within two years from the date of lease execution.
Block 108, Lot 8 and Lot 9: Reconfiguration: Block 108, Lot 8, and Block 108, Lot 9, have been reconfigured and re-sized for general aviation development. Block 108, Lot 8, is eligible for up to a fifty five (55) year term dependent on investment.
