Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development – Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing – Update Occupational Licensing Fees – State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors

On August 27, 2014, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with occupational licensing fees related to the Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on October 14, 2014, and will go into effect on November 13, 2014.  See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 212, January 2015 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
