The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has determined that the permit application, submitted by Central Monofill Services, Incorporated (CMS)for construction and operation of an Inert Waste Monofill in Palmer, Alaska, is complete. ADEC is proposing to issue SolidWaste Permit #SWZA065-19 to CMS for disposal of Construction and Demolition Debris.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Location: The proposed monofill will be located at Mile38.3 of the Glenn Highway, on Tax Lots C10 and B6 of the Palmer Recording Districtwithin Sections 18 and 19, respectively, of Township 17 North, Range 2 East,Seward Meridian in Palmer, Alaska.
The applicant proposes operating an Inert Waste Monofill, which will be used for disposal of construction and demolition debris, either in whole or reduced in a grinder, after reusable or recyclable materials have been removed. A cell for disposal of Asbestos Containing Material will also be operated at the site.
