Notice of Adopted Changes to Regulations and Effective Date
The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) adopted regulations dealing with demand charge billings by electric utilities for self-generating customers. The regulations were adopted by the RCA on June 23, 2014. The regulations have been filed by the Lt. Governor and will be effective on November 9, 2014. The regulations will appear in Register 212, January 2015 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
The changes include revisions to 3 AAC 52.462 and 3 AAC 52.500.
