CEC requested anintegrated review of the minor permit and operating permit modification. Thispublic notice is for the draft operating permit and preliminary minor permit. Only conditions being revised in response tothe application and as described in the technical analysis report and statementof basis are open to public comment.
Emissions: The potential annual emissions of regulated air pollutantsat the source are not affected by the requested permit revisions.
Department Preliminary Review: Based on review of the application,ADEC has drafted preliminary permit decisions for the Orca Power Plant.

Any person may request a public hearingand that hearing will be held if ADEC finds that good cause exists.
