The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to issue a Boundary Crossing Permit (Item 8) and permit use of Parcel J consisting of approximately 4,027.27 square feet at Talkeetna Airport to Donald Emerson and James Emerson whose property lies adjacent to the boundary of Talkeetna Airport under ADA-08954 . The permit will be issued in accordance with Alaska Administrative Code 17 AAC 45.285 for a period of five (5) years.  Authorized uses:   Non aviation – Boundary Crossing (Item 8) and use of Parcel J for vehicular access.  Annual rent:  $1,204.00.

Written comments or competing applications must be received by 4:30 p.m., November 28, 2014, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the permit.  Only a person who submits written comment or objection, or a competing application, to the Department at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice and includes a return address, is entitled to have notice of the Department’s decision sent to that address.
