Local Boundary Commission (LBC) - Notice of an LBC Public Meeting

The LBC will meet to convene a telephonic public meeting to consider the approval or amendment of the LBC’s draft written decision regarding the City of Allakaket detachment and concurrent annexation petition, applying 3 AAC 110.590(b) to expand the local action procedures for the Houston annexation petition, suspension of 3 AAC 100.700(d) to not require paper originals of comments for the Houston annexation petition, suspension of 3 AAC 110.690(b) for 2015 to not require telephonic attendees bear the cost of calling, approval of June 4, 2014 LBC meeting minutes, and other matters.

The public meeting will occur at the following time, and location:
