The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-71885 (Lot 2, Block 1), consisting of approximately 16,500 square feet, at Chitina Airport for an additional five (5) years, to expire November 1, 2019.  Applicant:  Ultima Thule, Inc.  Annual rent:  $907.50.  Authorized uses:  aviation – Air Charter Service; aircraft tie-down; storage and forwarding of air cargo; vehicle parking; and fuel storage for dispensing into lessee-owned aircraft only.
