Corrected Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
On October 23, 2014, the REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) issued a public notice regarding the tariff revision designated as TA19-655, filed by Alaska Pacific Environmental Services Nome, LLC d/b/a Pacific Waste (APES-Nome), seeking interim and permanent rate increases.
In that notice, it was stated that APES-Nome proposed a permanent rate increase of 22.46 percent, applied to all tariff rates. With this corrected notice, we make the revision that the permanent rate increase proposed by APES-Nome will be based on the outcome of the proposed revenue requirement, cost of service, and rate design study.
This notice may not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from that proposed.
